At the heart of the stay is dinner at the gourmet restaurant “Le 3 Fiette”, where Chef Piergiorgio Valente’s cuisine unfolds in a refined and thoughtful journey, deeply respectful of ingredients. Each dish reflects a precise culinary research, shaped by technique, balance and creativity, with a contemporary approach that highlights local and seasonal produce.
